Welcome Message
Your first welcome message will contain login information for the control panel to manage your email accounts and billings.
You will receive a second welcome message when your new Ecompro Shopping Cart System is provisioned and ready for use. That message will contain login information for the Shopping Cart System's control panel, which is the center of administration for all of that application's functions and features.
Quick Start Guide
Inside the Ecompro Shopping Cart System control panel, you will find a Quick Start guide that shows you how to add products quickly and easily, and answers most frequently asked questions.
Send Us Your Logo
We will need a copy of your company logo, to incorporate into your new Ecomprp Shopping Cart System. Please refer to the Quick Start guide for instructions, or ask your account representative for assistance.
Point Your Domain to Our Nameservers
Once you have added products to your new Ecompro Shopping Cart System and are ready to begin taking orders, you'll need to point your domain name to our nameservers. Go to the Registrar where the domain name is registered and change the nameservers (DNS servers) to the following servers:
NS1.ECOMPRO.COM
NS2.ECOMPRO.COM
Advanced users familiar with the DNS system may use their own DNS servers if desired. If your domain name was just registered or pointed to us, it can take up to 24-48 hours for DNS to "propagate" globally for other networks to see.

Ecompro offers discount domain name registrations if you do not already own a domain name.
Recommended: Change Your Password
The password contained in the welcome message is intended for temporary use. We recommend you change it to something easy to remember, but difficult to guess. Remember, good account security starts with a strong password. You can change your password by using the Manage Users section of your Ecompro Shopping Cart System control panel. Please see the Quick Start Guide for additional information.
